Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Macleod’s Handyman Services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to the following:

1. Estimates and Quotes

  • Estimates are provided based on the information provided by the client.

  • Final costs may vary based on the actual condition of the property or changes in the scope of work.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For larger projects or commercial upgrades, a deposit may be required before work begins.

3. Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure the work area is accessible and safe for the handyman.

  • It is the client's responsibility to secure any necessary permits for specific property upgrades.

5. Quality Guarantee & Liability

  • Macleod’s Handyman Services stands by the quality of its craftsmanship.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by the structural integrity of the property.

  • Any concerns regarding the work performed must be reported within 7 days of completion.

6. Right of Refusal

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the work requested is deemed unsafe or falls outside our professional scope of expertise.
