Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Macleod’s Handyman Services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to the following:
1. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are provided based on the information provided by the client.
Final costs may vary based on the actual condition of the property or changes in the scope of work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger projects or commercial upgrades, a deposit may be required before work begins.

3. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure the work area is accessible and safe for the handyman.
It is the client's responsibility to secure any necessary permits for specific property upgrades.
5. Quality Guarantee & Liability
Macleod’s Handyman Services stands by the quality of its craftsmanship.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by the structural integrity of the property.
Any concerns regarding the work performed must be reported within 7 days of completion.
6. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service if the work requested is deemed unsafe or falls outside our professional scope of expertise.
